Jammu, Mar 1 (Reporter) Police on Friday booked another hardcore criminal under the Public Safety Act for his involvement in heinous crimes in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir. Police said that Kamaldeep Singh, alias Rinku, a resident of Jasrota, District Kathua, who was involved in a series of criminal activities and was a threat to society by disrupting peace, has been booked under the Public Safety Act.
