Moscow, Dec 24 (Reporter) Israeli Defence Minister Israel Katz has admitted on Monday for the first time that Israel was behind the assassination of Palestinian movement Hamas political leader Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran. "We will strike (the Houthis’) strategic infrastructure and decapitate its leaders.
