Tel Aviv, Oct 20 (Reporter) The Israel Defence Forces (IDF) acknowledged casualties from an Israeli strike on the northern Gaza Strip, but considered the Palestinian side's figures, which on Saturday evening reported more than 70 dead, to be "exaggerated," although the Israeli side did not specify how many people it believed had died.
