New Delhi, Feb 1 (Reporter) Questioning the delay on the part of the Jharkhand Governor to appoint the new Chief Minister after Hemant Soren's resignation, the Congress on Thurday asked whether he was waiting for instructions from the Prime Minister's or Home Minister's office.Addressing a press conference here, senior Congress leader Abhishek Manu Singhvi and Sapatgiri Ulaka said, "The silence is eloquent".Stating that the numbers were on their side, Singhvi said that the ruling alliance has 47/48 members while opposition has 32/33 members in the state assembly."Does it require some rocket science to calculate the majority?' he asked.He accused the government of toppling elected governments, installing minority governments by defection and horse trading.Singhvi also accused the BJP of installing an authoritarian, absolutist and autocratic system in the largest democracy of the world.Meanwhile, Sapatgiri Ulaka alleged that the action against Hemant Soren was because of BJP's anti-Adivasi mindset...////...
