New Delhi, July 12 (Reporter) Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha (IP) University has extended the last date for submission of applications for its foreign languages certificate/diploma programme to July 25, 2024. The programme, managed by the University School of Humanities and Social Sciences (USHSS) at the Dwarka campus, will be conducted online on weekends, with classes held on Saturdays and Sundays. Dean of USHSS, Prof. Vivek Sachdeva, stated, "At present, the programme is available for French, Japanese, German, and Urdu." Prospective candidates must submit an offline application accompanied by a demand draft of Rs 1,500 in favour of the Registrar to the office of the Dean – USHSS, Room No. 305, C Block, USHSS, GGSIP University, Sector 16 C, Dwarka, New Delhi – 78 by 25th July 2024. Applicants are also required to submit proof of date of birth, mark sheets, certificates of qualifying examinations, medical fitness certificate, and character certificate along with the application form. The eligibility criteria for the programme require candidates to have completed their 10 plus 2 with at least 50% marks. Working professionals are also eligible to apply.
