Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that the road accident that occurred on Monday evening in Indore is extremely sad. The state government has taken the incident very seriously. Strict action has been taken against responsible officials. Complete arrangements are being made to ensure that such an incident does not recur. The incident is being investigated by the Additional Chief Secretary Home, Shri Sheo Shekar Shukla and further action will be taken based on the findings. Expressing condolences to families of the deceased, CM Dr. Yadav said that each family of the deceased will receive Rs. four lakh in financial assistance. Injured persons will receive Rs. one lakh each. The state government will bear the full cost of treatment for the injured. Those involved in rescue efforts during the incident will be honoured.
