Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav stated that India has an ancient tradition of sages. Dadda Ji facilitated the creation of millions of Shivlings. Meeting Dadda Ji has been a great privilege in my life. Through satsang (spiritual gatherings) and devotion, Dadda Ji imparted values to society, values that dispel negative traits and enrich lives. Shiva is the formless Brahman; Mahakal’s grace is upon us all. The state government is planning to develop all places associated with Lord Ram and Krishna as pilgrimage sites. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav shared these remarks at the Pran Pratishtha Mahotsav and mass Parthiv Shivling construction with Maha Rudrabhishek at Dadda Ji Dham in Jhinjhari, Katni district.
At the samadhi (memorial) of householder saint Pandit Devprabhakar Shastri Dadda Ji, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav paid floral tribute and received blessings. He performed Vedic rituals, offering prayers for the happiness, prosperity and well-being of the people of Katni district and the entire state. The Chief Minister stated that to spread the message of the sacred Gita across the world, the State Government is organising Gita Knowledge Competitions for lakhs of students. Preparations are underway for the grand Simhastha in Ujjain in 2028. The blessings of Dadda Ji are with all of us, and Katni’s Dadda Ji Dham will gain global recognition. The world is now looking toward Sanatan (eternal) culture and our spiritual traditions.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav compared Dadda Ji Dham in Katni to renowned pilgrimage sites like Shirdi and expressed confidence that it too would gain prominence as a revered spiritual destination. With the blessings of Lord Mahakal and Dadda Ji, Ujjain’s Simhastha will also be organized with grandeur. He emphasized that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is conducting a sacred resurgence of Sanatan culture throughout the nation and requested guidance from the saint community for these auspicious works. Earlier, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav honored the religious teachers and sadhus on the dais and received their blessings.
Vijayraghavgarh MLA Shri Sanjay Satyendra Pathak, speaking on the occasion, shared details about Dadda Ji’s life and service, describing the festival as a unique confluence of religion, spirituality, and devotion. At Dadda Ji Dham, a series of events is being organized for global welfare, including the mass creation of Parthiv Shivlings, Maha Rudrabhishek, and Amritmayi Katha. Morning Shiva worship, along with evening discourses and devotional music, fills the Dham with a sacred and serene atmosphere.
Attending the Pran Pratishtha ceremony were state Transport and School Education Minister, Katni’s Minister-in-Charge Shri Uday Pratap Singh, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Minister Shri Govind Singh Rajput, Khajuraho MP Shri Vishnudutt Sharma, Vijayraghavgarh MLA Shri Sanjay Satyendra Pathak, film actor Ashutosh Rana, revered story tellers Pandit Mohit Maral Goswami, Pandit Indresh Upadhyay, Pandit Aniruddhacharya Maharaj, as well as local representatives and a large number of community leaders and social workers.
