New Delhi, Aug 31 (Reporter) The Central Government on Saturday appointed a 1989-batch IAS officer and former Chief Secretary of Arunachal Pradesh Dharmendra as the new Chief Secretary of Delhi. Dharmendra succeeds Naresh Kumar, a 1987-batch IAS officer, whose term ended on August 31. Kumar had been granted two extensions in the past by the central government.
