Dharamshala, Dec 29 (Reporter) A Kullu resident was arrested under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, and charas was recovered from his possession at Vah Tea Estate Deogran, falling under Panchrukhi police station,police said here on Sunday. Kangra district Superintendent of Police Shalini Agnihotri told UNI that under Police Station Panchrukhi late last evening, police nabbed a youth and recovered 494 grams of charas from his possession. SSP Shalini Agnihotri said that the accused was arrested near Vah Tea Estate Deogran, falling under the Panchrukhi police station. She said that the accused was identified as Rakesh Kumar, resident of Biyasar Tehsil and District Kullu (HP). She said that in this regard, a case has been registered in the Panchrukhi police station under Section 20, 25-61-85 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
