Governor Patel made these remarks while addressing the Hindi-speaking litterateurs and the Hindi Seva Samman ceremony organized by the Madhya Pradesh Rashtra Bhasha Prachar Samiti. He extended his greetings and best wishes to the honored writers, administrative officers, Hindi Seva Sadhaks, and young litterateurs.
