Chandigarh, Sep 27 (Reporter) Haryana Congress on Friday announced to expel 13 rebels for six years for indulging in anti-party activities. Party's State Unit President Uday Bhan said that the action has been taken against leaders/activists, who were contesting the election against party's official candidates and thus indulged in anti-party activities.
