Panchkula, Nov 27 (Reporter) A team of Haryana Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB), Ambala, has arrested Kanungo Karambir Singh, working in Panchkula district, red handed in Kaithal while taking a bribe of Rs 5 lakh, a government spokesperson said on Wednesday.
