Jammu, May 9 (Reporter) Advocating hands-on experiential learning experience, Vice Chairman, Higher Education Council, (VC HEC) Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory Padma Shri Prof. Dinesh Singh on Thursday urged the students to harness advanced Information Technology tools for immersive practical learning experiences.
