Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that continuous efforts are being made to enhance civic amenities in the state’s urban areas. After approving metropolitan regions in Bhopal and Indore, the state will soon grant approval for two new metropolitan regions in Gwalior and Jabalpur. These regions will further strengthen urban infrastructure.
CM Dr. Yadav made these remarks while addressing an event at Hotel Jehanuma Palace on the occasion of Free Press completing 42 years. On this occasion, he honored mayors from 16 municipal corporations across the state, including Bhopal Mayor Smt. Malti Rai, and Indore Mayor Shri Pushya Mitra Bhargava. Outstanding councilors from Bhopal were also felicitated.
