Governor Shri Mangubhai Patel administered the oath of good governance to the officers and employees of Raj Bhavan on the occasion of Good Governance Day. He also instructed everyone to follow the good governance oath with devotion. Good Governance Day was celebrated at Raj Bhavan in the context of the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee on December 25. Governor Shri Patel administered the oath to the attending officers and employees to always remain committed to uphold high standards of good governance in the state. He administered them pledge to pledge to make every possible effort to make the governance more transparent, participatory, public welfare-oriented and accountable and to always be ready to achieve the goal of enhancing the standard of living of the citizens of the state. Additional Secretary to Governor Shri Umashankar Bhargava, Secretary of Tribal Cell Smt. Jamuna Bhide, Special Duty Officer Shri Arvind Purohit and officers and employees of Raj Bhavan were present in the programme organised at Raj Bhavan.
