Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav affirmed the government's commitment to providing comprehensive support to differently-abled individuals for an inclusive and fulfilling life. He highlighted that individuals in this community have achieved remarkable success in education, healthcare, employment, and other fields. Referencing renowned figures like Ashtavakra, Surdas, musician Ravindra Jain and Sant Rambhadracharya, he noted that they have proven their exceptional talents despite physical challenges. Dr. Yadav expressed pride in the differently-abled persons in government service, acknowledging their dedicated and efficient performance. He praised a divisional commissioner who, despite being differently-abled, has been executing his responsibilities with excellence over the past six months. The government is dedicated to supporting the holistic development of differently-abled citizens. Dr. Yadav conveyed his gratitude for the opportunity to distribute assistive devices, recognizing life itself as a journey of resilience. The government, he assured, stands firmly alongside the differently-abled in this journey. He also highlighted the reservation policies in government services, which include specific provisions for both differently-abled individuals and women, noting that Madhya Pradesh is the only state in the nation to have granted 35 percent reservation for women. Additionally, he committed to further support and encouragement for livelihood opportunities for these groups.
