Astana, Feb 5 (Reporter) The government of Kazakhstan has resigned, and fist deputy Prime Minister Roman Sklyar will temporarily serve as prime minister, the press service of Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said on Monday. "In accordance with article 70 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I decide to accept the resignation of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Temporarily assign the duties of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Sklyar Roman Vasilyevich.
