Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that the core objective of the government is to ensure that every citizen and needy person in the state receives the direct benefit of good governance. He directed all Collectors to guarantee this by enhancing their efficiency and competence, closely monitoring pending cases, and ensuring timely implementation of schemes through effective management.
Addressing the ‘Samadhan Online’ from the Mantralaya on Monday, CM Dr. Yadav personally reviewed cases from 12 districts, interacted with applicants, and sought updates on the status of their grievances. He instructed strict action against officers and employees found negligent in delivering citizen services.
