Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that many festivals like Janmashtami, Vijayadashami Govardhan Puja, etc. have been celebrated in the state jointly by the government and the society. Similarly, the state government will celebrate Gita Jayanti also on a grand scale in the entire state. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav today participated in the Pran Pratishtha of the idols of Shri Radhavallabh ji and the Deepdaan festival at ISKCON temple in Patel Nagar. On this occasion, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav greeted the devotees. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that about 20 years ago when the ISKCON temple was started in Ujjain, he had participated in the programme in the presence of Swami Bhakta Niwas. Today again I have the privilege of participating in this programme with him. He has graciously come to visit us from England.
