New Delhi, April 24 (Reporter) A delegation, led by Defence Secretary Giridhar Aramane will be leaving for Astana, Kazakhstan, to participate in the Annual Meeting of the Defence Ministers' of Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Member States. The two-day meeting starting from Thursday will review the regional security issues within the SCO, including the defence cooperation initiatives, an official statement said on Wednesday. The Defence Secretary will deliver the India statement at the ministerial meeting.
