Former J&K Minister Zulfikar to join BJP in Jammu tomorrow

Jammu, Aug 17 (Reporter) Former Minister and Apni Party leader Choudhary Zulfikar Ali will join the Bhartiya Janata Party here on Sunday. Ali met Union Home Minister Amit Shah in the national capital on Saturday. "Yes, I met the Union Home Minister in Delhi," Zulfikar Ali telephonically told UNI. He confirmed to the news agency that he is joining the BJP in Jammu tomorrow. Zulfikar has also served as Cabinet Minister from 2015 to 2018. He was previously associated with Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and served as district chief of the party for Rajouri from 2003 to 2013.
