Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that former Chief Minister Late. Shri Babulal Gaur's personality was versatile and he was friendly and respectful to all human beings. His popularity and the public’s confidence in him was such that he won elections ten times from the same assembly constituency. Shri Gaur raised his voice with strength in adverse times but never lost humility. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing a program organized in Shri Gaur’s memory at Babulal Gaur Government College, BHEL on his 5th death anniversary. He paid floral tributes to the statue of Shri Gaur.
