Port-au-Prince, Dec 27 (Reporter) At least 13 people have died and 15 more have been injured as a result of flooding in four departments in Haiti, the AlterPresse news agency has reported, citing the country's Civil Defence Commission. Over the course of several days, the flood has destroyed over 500 houses in the Haitian departments of Nord, Nord-Ouest, Grand'Anse, and Nippes, the agency said on Thursday, adding that about 100 houses have been damaged and more than 16,500 remain flooded. One person has been declared missing.
