An individual with ties to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps told the newspaper that it was sodium perchlorate, a major ingredient in solid fuel for missiles, that exploded. On Saturday, a large blast occurred in the port in the southern Iranian city of Bandar Abbas.
