Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, while inaugurating 13 development projects worth ₹98 crore during the Jal Kalash Yatra, Sant Sammelan, and Public Welfare Camp held in Panna, stated that December 25 will mark the opening of new avenues of progress for the Bundelkhand region. He expressed his vision that every individual in Bundelkhand will experience happiness and prosperity. He said that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone for the Ken-Betwa River Linking Project in Khajuraho on the 100th birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Bharat Ratna Late Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee. During the event, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also announced the construction of a 100-bed girls' hostel and a 50-bed boys' hostel in Ajaygarh, Panna district. The Chief Minister was honored with a traditional Bundelkhandi turban during the program, and Anganwadi workers presented him with a painting of Bhagwan Shri Jugal Kishore as a token of respect.
