Kiev, Nov 9 (Reporter) EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell said on Saturday that he had arrived in Kiev on a visit which will be the last for him as head of EU diplomacy. "In Kyiv for my 5th visit... EU support to Ukraine has been my personal priority during my mandate and will remain on top of the EU‘s agenda," Borrell said on X. Russian officials have warned repeatedly that arms supplies to Ukraine hinder the settlement of the conflict and directly involve NATO countries in it. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has said that the United States and NATO are directly involved in the conflict not only by providing weapons, but also by training Ukrainian personnel in European countries...////...
