Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav emphasized that strengthening health services is the state government’s top priority. He outlined the goal of providing excellent health services across the state, establishing medical colleges in every district, equipping facilities with advanced technology, and ensuring adequate health staff. He announced the approval for recruiting over 46,000 health staff and directed the timely completion of the recruitment process. Dr. Yadav highlighted that strengthening health services and education are essential for rapid development. He flagged off 66 Mobile Medical Units (MMUs) under the ‘PM Janman Abhiyan' from Samatva Bhavan, aimed at providing accessible health services to remote and inaccessible areas of the state.
