Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav stated that empowering the youth of Madhya Pradesh to become capable, skilled, and self-reliant is the topmost priority of the state government. He emphasised that creating a self-sufficient society and state through employment and self-employment is the government’s supreme commitment, and continuous efforts are being made in this direction. From traditional dairy farming to modern IT sectors, all areas are being explored to generate employment opportunities across the state.
Dr. Yadav highlighted the success of the recently held large-scale Industry Conclave aimed at promoting employment-based industrial development in Madhya Pradesh, which is yielding positive results. He was addressing the inaugural function of the Mayor's Mega Job Fair at Dussehra Maidan in Indore on Sunday.
The Chief Minister praised the overwhelming response received by the job fair and said that such events are vital platforms for the government and administration to provide youth with opportunities, guidance, and direction. He appreciated the campaign in the Indore district that facilitated the establishment of industries in every single panchayat. Notably, all panchayats in Indore district now host some form of industry.
Dr. Yadav encouraged the youth by stating that this is the era of skill. Along with academic degrees, practical knowledge and communication skills are essential. He expressed pride in Indore's exemplary initiatives in this regard and appealed to young people to seize such opportunities to build a bright future.
