Governor Shri Mangubhai Patel said that all educational institutions have responsibility to nourish new generation, which could discharge its responsibilities and work for the underprivileged bringing about radical changes in the society. He was addressing the Central Zone Vice Chancellors' Conference organized on the implementation of National Education Policy-2020 by the Vikram University in Ujjain.
