New Delhi, Mar 14 (Reporter) The Supreme Court will hear on Friday, March 15, an application filed by the Election Commission of India seeking to return the sealed cover documents which were submitted before the Apex Court according to orders passed on April 12, 2019 and November 2, 2023. The ECI said that since they have not retained any copies of the documents, the sealed copies of the statements filed by them before the Supreme Court should be returned to them so that it can upload it on its website as per the Court's order of March 11. The Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court, which decided the Electoral Bonds case, will sit tomorrow at 10.30 AM to hear an application filed by the Election Commission of India. On March 11, while directing the State Bank of India to disclose the electoral bonds data to the ECI by March 12, the Supreme Court also directed the ECI to upload the information regarding political parties' funding through the bonds, which were submitted before the Supreme Court in sealed covers according to interim orders passed on April 12, 2019, and November 2, 2023...////...
