Shimla, Jan 13 (Reporter) An earthquake of magnitude 3.1 on Richter scale struck several places in Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh on Saturday. The quake occurred at a depth of 9 kilometres, at a Latitude of 32.93 and Longitude of 76.14 at around 1316 hours.
