Moscow, Sept 6 (Reporter) Telegram founder Pavel Durov said that he had helped create a hotline between Telegram and the French government to combat terrorism in the country. "A while ago, when asked, I personally helped them establish a hotline with Telegram to deal with the threat of terrorism in France," Durov said on Telegram. The Russian-born tech entrepreneur was detained at a Paris airport on August 24 on charges related to criminal uses of his messaging app, including terrorism, child pornography, drug trafficking, money laundering and fraud.
