Imphal, June 1 (Reporter) Manipur Police nabbed three persons with 1.16 kg drugs on Saturday. Police said on Sunday that police intercepted a vehicle in front of Imphal Telegraph Office under Imphal-PS, Imphal West District, with 100 soap cases containing suspected heroin powder weighing approx. 1.16 kg. The drugs were concealed inside the rooftop of the vehicle. Accordingly, the contraband items were seized, and the three persons identified as Wangpem Lamkang of Lamkang Khunjai, Chandel; Jacop Shangkhil of Japhou, Chandel District; and Wanghon Khular of Leipun Tampak, Chandel District, who were carrying the drug, were apprehended...////...
