Hyderabad, June 4 (Reporter) The Telangana Jagruthi led by its president and BRS MLC K Kavitha organised a 'Maha Dharna' near Indira park here on Wednesday morning, protesting against the ruling Congress government’s notices served on BRS chief and former chief minister K Chandrashekhar Rao (KCR) over the Kaleshwaram project.
KCR will appear before Justice PC Ghose Commission, probing irregularities in the execution of the multi-crore Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Project (KLIP), on June 11.

"Why has the Congress government not summoned Krishna Reddy of Megha Engineering and Infrastructure Limited (MEIL), which constructed 15 pump houses in the project?” se questioned.
The then Congress government gave a majority of the irrigation project works to MEIL under Jala Yagnam scheme in erstwhile Andhra Pradesh, she added...////...
