Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that the development of Bhopal must be carried out with proper planning while preserving its rich heritage. He said that as part of integrating Bhopal's illustrious past into the city's planning, a gate dedicated to Raja Bhoj will be constructed on the road to Bhojpur, and another dedicated to Emperor Vikramaditya on the road to Ujjain. The Bhoomi-Pujan for both gates will be held soon. Dr. Yadav further stated that planning for Bhopal@2047 should focus on reflecting the diversity of various regions of the state within the capital. He directed that an action plan be prepared for developing Bhopal as a metropolitan area by expanding a transport network connecting the Agra-Mumbai Road in the west with Vidisha, Raisen, and Sehore. These instructions were given by Chief Minister Dr. Yadav during a review meeting on the development works of Bhopal district at the ministry. Minister in charge of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and District, Shri Chaitanya Kashyap; Sports, Youth Welfare and Cooperation Minister, Shri Vishwas Sarang; Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Backward Classes and Minority Welfare, Smt.
