Senior AAP leader and Rajya MP Sanjay Singh said, “BJP's first candidate list includes individuals who have engaged in misconduct ranging from hurling abuses in Parliament to bribing voters with money in their constituencies. He also said everyone would have a permanent home by 2022. Where is that promise now?" Meanwhile, senior AAP leader and former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia said, "In any election, someone will contest from BJP, and someone from Congress. That is the beauty of democracy. Delhi Chief Minister Atishi also criticised BJP candidate Ramesh Bidhuri from Kalkaji, saying, "Ramesh Bidhuri has been an MP from South Delhi for ten years.
