New Delhi, May 6 (Reporter) A Delhi Special Court on Monday dismissed the bail application of Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) MLC K Kavitha, who has been arrested in connection with the CBI and ED cases related to the alleged excise policy scam. Special Judge for CBI and ED, Kaveri Baweja after hearing arguments on behalf of the prosecution and defence, rejected Kavita's bail applicationin both the CBI and ED cases.
