Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that the Dashora Nagar community has made numerous sacrifices for the protection of the nation, dharma (righteousness), and cultural values. Despite hardships, the community has preserved its traditions and identity. Known for their dedication to both trade and rituals, members of the Dashora Nagar community are distinguished by the purity and precision in their religious practices.
Dr. Yadav was addressing the community virtually from the CM residence, during the Maa Kuldevi worship event held in Mandsaur on Monday. Every year, on Jyeshtha Shukla Saptami, the Dashora community performs traditional worship of Maa Kuldevi at the banks of the Shivna River.
The event in Mandsaur was attended by Member of Parliament Shri Sudhir Gupta, community members, public representatives, and administrative officials. CM Dr. Yadav offered obeisance to Lord Hatkeshwar and Maa Kuldevi, and extended his greetings and best wishes to all present.
Dr. Yadav noted that the Dashora community has upheld its cultural heritage and preserved the sanctity of its faith during times of invasion. He praised the community’s scholarly strengths as well as its culinary excellence.
Referring to Operation Sindoor, the Chief Minister described it as a matter of pride for all sisters (women). He urged members of the Dashora community to actively contribute to the nation’s and society’s development.
