Hyderabad, Mar 6 (Reporter) The Telangana Cyber Security Bureau (TGCSB) has busted a fake call centre with the arrest of sixty-three individuals at Hitech city here. The centre operating under the banner of ‘ Exito Solutions’, targeted NRIs and US citizens, police said here on Thursday. The individuals, posing as ‘PayPal customer’ care representatives, tricking them into fraudulent financial transactions. The centre operated at night between 8 PM to 4 AM was busted by TGCSB in an operation carried out on the intervening night of Wednesday (March 5, 2025) and Thursday (March 6, 2025). Investigation revealed that the centre has been operational since the beginning of January 2025. Each of the employees was asked to make at least 30 calls a day, totalling over 600 calls per day.
