Chandigarh, Nov 26 (Reporter) A crude bomb explosion outside a club on intervening night of Monday and Tuesday created panic in Chandigarh. According to police sources, the blast occurred at around 0330 hrs outside a club in Sector 26. Police have reached the spot. No casualties were reported.
