Srinagar, Aug 14 (Reporter) As part of the “Har Ghar Tiranga” campaign, the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) organised a Tiranga walkathon in Srinagar on Wednesday. The walkathon rally began at SKICC and concluded at Nehru Park at Dal Lake in Srinagar. The rally witnessed the participation of officers and personnel, including Mahila, of all battalions of Srinagar Sector CRPF based in the Central Kashmir region, to commemorate the National Flag ahead of the Independence Day celebrations. Inspector General of CRPF Srinagar Sector Ajay Kumar Yadav, while talking to media persons, said that the walkathon was organised in view of ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign to invoke a sense of respect for the national tricolour and Independence Day. “We are very happy to organise this event," he said...////...
