Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that the Center for Research and Industrial Staff Performance (CRISP) should design and implement versatile training programs tailored to the needs of new industrial units being established in the state. He stressed that these programs should be focused on employment opportunities and should also benefit students from engineering colleges and ITIs. Dr. Yadav expressed his vision for CRISP to become the premier organization for supplying skilled human resources to industries. He shared these thoughts while addressing the general body meeting of the CRISP organization at Samatva Bhawan, located at the Chief Minister’s residence today.
