Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that cooperatives play a crucial role in business and hold significance across various sectors, including dairy, tourism, and MSMEs. Addressing the thematic session on the second day of GIS, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav assured investors that the Madhya Pradesh government is committed to fully supporting them in whichever sector they choose to invest. The signing of 19 MoUs in his presence marks a revolutionary step, paving the way for a new dimension in economic growth and cooperatives.

Cooperative Minister Shri Vishwas Kailash Sarang announced the launch of the Cooperative Public-Private Partnership (CPPP) model, under which 19 MoUs worth Rs 2,305 crore were signed in the cooperative sector. Minister Shri Sarang stated that Madhya Pradesh’s CPPP model will play a transformative role in reshaping the cooperative sector across the country. Highlighting the significance of cooperatives in daily life, he emphasized that even major industrialists are being integrated into the cooperative sector. He further noted that the cooperative sector has an extensive network and serves as a powerful medium to reach every individual.
If cooperatives are made the core of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s dream of a Vikasit Bharat@ 2047, then the goal can be achieved. He said that cooperatives will pave the way for prosperity.
Minister Shri Sarang announced the establishment of an investment wing in the Cooperative Department. He said that the investment wing will focus on day-to-day working. He personally will monitor it. He thanked the investors who were joining and urged new investors to join and contribute to the economic growth of the country and the state.
