Governor Shri Mangubhai Patel said that convocation is an occasion for the students to serve the nation along with education and culture. It is an opportunity to commit to nurture and flourish our intellectual, cultural traditions and customs. Governor Shri Patel was addressing the first convocation of IES University, Bhopal. On this occasion, degrees and medals were conferred upon the graduated students and students of various faculties. Higher Education Minister Shri Inder Singh Parmar was also in attendance at the programme.
