Ayodhya (UP), Jan 19 (Reporter) Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday directed to make meticulous arrangements for the life consecration ceremony of the 'baal roop' idol of Shri Ramlala in the grand and divine Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple with the aim of infusing a 'supernatural' essence into the event scheduled for January 22. During a review meeting after the inspection of the preparations along with the local administration, the CM said, "Guests from India and abroad are arriving for the much-awaited consecration ceremony of the Lord Ram. Saints, religious leaders, and dignitaries from all the states of India will be present at the ceremony."He said, "Strong arrangements should be made for the security and respect of the VIPs coming to participate on this occasion. A liaison officer should be deployed with every VVIP. Such people should be deployed in this work who are familiar with the mythological, historical, and geographical importance of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mukti Yagya, Ayodhya. They should also be given counselling."Yogi was directed to maintain continuous communication with the people invited to the consecration ceremony for convenient transportation. "Set up a 24-hour active call center. The behaviour of the personnel deployed in the call center should be pleasant and simple," he said.He said that along with the security agencies of the state government, central security agencies are also present for the security of Ayodhya. "In such a situation, a temporary police line should be formed. There should be quality arrangements for their stay and food here. Create better coordination with central agencies. Strict security arrangements should be made in view of all types of external and internal security threats. Increase patrolling in the identified red zone and yellow zone," he said.The CM said that after January 22, 23 lakh devotees will arrive at Ayodhya every day. "Everyone is eager to see Ram Lalla. People will come from all the states of India. In such a situation, assess the situation for the next six months and prepare an action plan. There should be inter-district and inter-state police coordination so that the devotees do not face any inconvenience," he said.He said that after the grand ceremony of consecration of the Ram Lalla idol, all the ministers of the UP government will perform the darshan and puja of Shri Ram Lalla together on February 1. "Get theme-based decorations done on the Dharma Path, Janmabhoomi Path, Bhakti Path, and Ram Path. Make such efforts that every visitor, devotee, and tourist leaves here with a pleasant experience. The remaining work on these routes should be completed immediately. Street lights should be checked," he said.Yogi directed to ensure the tent city is well-organised with a focus on cleanliness. "Provide residents with hot water, ensure the availability of food grains in the tent city, and create comfortable conditions for the upcoming summer season. In addition, make certain that fire services are readily accessible," he said.He said, "Expand the setup of night shelters, especially in areas where the need is high. Ensure that every individual seeking rest in Dharma Nagari during the night is shielded from the cold. Avoid any encroachments on footpaths across Ayodhya to facilitate the convenience of devotees walking on foot."Yogi directed to make a better action plan for parking and traffic management for the January 22 celebrations and beyond. "Wide publicity should be given about route diversion. There should be adequate parking arrangements on the major roads connecting Ayodhya to different districts. There should be adequate availability of electric buses for the transportation of visitors. Make arrangements for their parking," he said.He said that due to the consecration ceremony, normal traffic in Ayodhya is likely to be affected for the next two-three days. "In such a situation, all necessary arrangements should be made in time to ensure that the city residents do not face a shortage of essential commodities like food grains, drinking water, and cooking," he said.The CM said that there should be a neat and clean environment around Ayodhya Dham Railway Station and Maharishi Valmiki International Airport. "The security here should be checked to ensure that there is no shortage of any kind. There should be coordination with RPF also," he said.He said that as Ayodhya prepares to host people from around the world, it's crucial to recognize that the conduct of the stationed policemen plays a significant role in shaping the state's image. "Therefore, counselling sessions should be conducted to ensure positive interactions with visitors," he said.Yogi said that the long-awaited consecration ceremony of Lord Ram is an opportunity to introduce UP to its hospitality culture. "Take public cooperation in this. There should be no dust or filth on major roads or streets. Ensure there are dustbins placed in various places. There should be arrangements for waste management. Increase the number of sanitation workers as per requirement. Efforts should be made to make Ayodhya Dham free from single-use plastic," he said.He said that there would be a flower shower in the consecration ceremony. "Ensure effective communication and coordination with both the Trust officials and the Air Force. Implement traffic restrictions on the old bridge over the Saryu River and maintain an active water police presence in the river," he said...////...
