Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav extended warm congratulations to Madhya Pradesh's para-shooter Rubina Francis and para-judo athlete Kapil Parmar for receiving the prestigious "Arjuna Award 2024." The awards were presented by President Smt. Droupadi Murmu to Rubina Francis from Jabalpur and Kapil Parmar from Sehore during a ceremony held on Friday in New Delhi. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav remarked that the achievements of these two sport persons have made the state and the nation proud. He also prayed to Baba Mahakal for the athletes to continue excelling and setting new milestones with their performance and talent.
