Under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, industrial projects in the state are being advanced not merely as investment initiatives, but as instruments of comprehensive social development. In line with this vision, the rehabilitation of displaced families is being accorded top priority at the country’s first PM MITRA Park, being developed in the Bhainsola village of Dhar district.

For the rehabilitation of a total of 89 families residing on the land earmarked for the PM MITRA Park, the Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation (MPIDC) is developing a well-planned residential colony in the nearby area. Under the first phase of the rehabilitation plan, permanent houses have been constructed and handed over to 24 families and formal Griha Pravesh were conducted with customary rituals. The remaining families will also be provided housing in a phased manner.

In accordance with the state government’s policy, industrial development is being pursued while ensuring the welfare of every affected family. Accordingly, special emphasis has been laid not only on providing housing to the families affected by the PM MITRA Park, but also on ensuring a better quality of life for them.
