Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav was called on by Dr. Arvind Panagariya, Chairman of the 16th Finance Commission and other officials who are on a visit to the state at the CM's residence this evening.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav warmly welcomed the Chairman and members of the Commission. Commission Chairman Dr. Panagariya, members Shri Ajay Narayan Jha, Sushri Annie George Mathew, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was called on by Dr. Manoj Panda, Dr. Soumya Kanti Ghosh, Secretary Shri Ritwik Pandey and Joint Secretary Shri KK Mishra and held talks. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav honoured the Chairman and members of the Commission by draping them with Angavastram and presented them mementoes.
On this occasion, Deputy Chief Ministers Shri Jagdish Deora and Shri Rajendra Shukla, other members of the State Cabinet, Chief Secretary Shri Anurag Jain, Additional Chief Secretary Chief Minister's Office Dr. Rajesh Rajoura and other senior officers were present.
