United Nations, Dec 23 (Reporter) A Christmas ceasefire between Moscow and Kiev, proposed by Hungary, could serve as an excellent platform towards a long-term peaceful settlement of the Ukraine crisis, Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto told RIA Novosti. "We were right and we are right, that this war doesn't have a solution on the battlefield, just around the negotiating table, but in order to be able to sit around the negotiating table with the target of finding a long-term solution for peace, you need to have the necessary circumstances, meaning ceasefire.
