Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has stated that officers and employees responsible for keeping citizens' issues pending for long periods will be penalized. The primary goal of the state government is the welfare of the public. No work related to revenue, scholarship distribution, or approval and disbursement of scheme funds should remain pending. On Friday, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav resolved pending cases of citizens from various districts through video conferencing in the Samadhan Online initiative, from the Ministry. Chief Secretary Shri Anurag Jain and senior officers were present. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav congratulated the districts with better performance in resolving complaints mentioned in the CM Helpline, and the officers who performed exceptionally under the CM Helpline. The districts of Sagar, Katni, Singrauli, Vidisha, and Sehore received praise. The top-performing departments include Energy, Urban Development, Women & Child Development, Panchayat Rural Development, and Home Department.
